We understand your work may be political in nature and respect your rights to lawful free speech in expressing your views, but we ask you to not use the platform to comment on or advance political positions, create controversy or conflict.

 

We do not tolerate any behaviour that seeks to intimidate, pressure or bully any other member into agreeing with, or validating your views if they do not feel comfortable or disagree. 

 

We do not endorse, encourage or condone any abusive or discriminatory behaviour towards any group or individual.

Any discussion or engagement on the platform that leads to personal attack, insults or intimidation will lead to an immediate termination of your membership. Simply put, we wish for and expect you to have good manners, and to show respect for each other's beliefs.

We think it's best to leave our politics at the door and instead come into the space with a curiosity and an open mind as to others beliefs and perspectives, as we believe this will create the best conditions for everyone to feel free and supported, and lead to creating and collaborating on something really special.

We believe that disagreement doesn’t equal hate, but we will remove any member who abandons their responsibility for respectful engagement.
